License usage is visible on the Incidents page summary cards.

Dashboard

On the Incidents page, the summary cards show how many Trapster licenses are in use compared with your total allocation.

License details

Your license determines:

• Trapster slots: how many Trapsters you can deploy at once
• Plan tier: features included in your subscription
• Expiry date: when the license renews or expires

Exceeding Trapster slots

If you register more Trapsters than your license allows, the extra device shows as unlicensed and will not sync incidents. Contact support@trapster.cloud to upgrade.

License renewal

Licenses renew automatically when billing is set up. You get an email 30 days before expiry.
