Windows SMB Shortcut Enterprise

Creates a shortcut to a fake network share hosted by your Trapster SMB service. When an attacker opens the shortcut, they connect to the honeypot.

Generate from the SMB service row: Trapsters → device → Services → Generate breadcrumb → Windows SMB shortcut.

Requires SMB service

Enable the SMB service on your Trapster before generating this breadcrumb. See SMB honeypot.

Installation

Run the generated script with Run with PowerShell. Place the shortcut on the desktop, in Documents, or in a shared folder.
