URL (redirect) Honeytoken Enterprise
A URL (redirect) honeytoken gives you a unique link that records the visit, then sends the visitor to a page you choose. Useful for landing pages that should look legitimate after the trigger.
Category: Other
Configuration
| Option | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Note | Yes | Where you placed the honeytoken |
| Redirect URL | Yes | Page visitors are sent to after triggering (e.g. https://example.com) |
| Enable fingerprinting | No | Record the visitor's browser and device when the link is opened |
Fingerprinting adds browser and device details to the incident. Turn it on when you need that extra context.
After creation
Copy the Token URL from the wizard.
Placement examples
Use the same placement patterns as a standard URL honeytoken : email drafts, internal wiki notes, or credential files : when you want the visitor redirected to a real page after the trigger fires.
