WinSCP Enterprise

WinSCP stores session details including encrypted passwords. The encryption is easily reversed, so attackers who find a WinSCP session will recover the password.

Generate from the FTP service row: Trapsters → device → Services → Generate breadcrumb → WinSCP profile.

Installation

1. Double-click the generated .reg file and agree to allow registry changes

   

   

2. The session is now visible in WinSCP and in the Registry Editor (with the password stored in WinSCP's reversible encryption format)
